Q: Do I need a car to work with Nessa Healthcare?
A: While having your own vehicle is preferred (especially for PSW and Caregiver roles), it’s not always mandatory. Some positions can be served by public transit depending on client locations.
Q: What if my Vulnerable Sector Check has expired?
A: If your VSC is older than 6 months, we’ll need you to obtain a new one. We can guide you through this process if you’re selected for employment.
Q: Do you provide training?
A: Yes! All new team members complete our comprehensive orientation program. We also provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Q: Can I work part-time while I’m in school?
A: Absolutely! We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate students and those with other commitments.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We primarily serve clients throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Specific client locations vary based on need.
